Program Description

The Master of Jewish Business Administration (MJBA) program at Genesis University is designed for individuals seeking to integrate advanced business acumen with a specialized focus on the Jewish faith. This interdisciplinary program equips students with the skills necessary to lead and manage within Jewish religious organizations, non-profits, and businesses that operate within and outside of Jewish cultural contexts. Students will explore strategic management, financial principles, marketing, and organizational behavior, while also exploring Jewish ethical frameworks, religious traditions, and their impact on global issues.
